Our Voice AI Agents facilitate and process voice conversations on your behalf, which may occur over the phone or through other real-time communication channels.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and any third-party agreements you may be subject to.
By using the Services, you grant Euphonia AI permission to process and manage voice conversations on your behalf, which may include real-time transcription, analysis, and automated responses based on your configured settings.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
- Misrepresenting your business or impersonating another individual or entity.
- Engaging in spam, telemarketing scams, or other deceptive practices.
- Attempting to interfere with the operation of our Services, including reverse engineering, hacking, or disrupting functionality.
2. Account Responsibilities
To use the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
Euphonia AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is detected.
3. Free Trial and Subscription Plans
Euphonia AI offers a free trial to allow you to evaluate the Services. Continued use after the trial period requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the fees, billing terms, and renewal conditions associated with your selected plan.
- Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis unless canceled before the renewal date.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
- No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
4. Service Availability and Modifications
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Services, we do not guarantee continuous uptime or that the Services will always function without errors, disruptions, or delays.

- Euphonia AI does not guarantee error-free performance, and we are not responsible for any miscommunications, transcription errors, or inaccuracies resulting from AI processing.
- If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Euphonia AI in the past 3 months.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or notifying us in writing.
Euphonia AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Fail to make required payments for a subscription.
Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and any stored data may be deleted or rendered inaccessible.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through email, a website notice, or within the Services.
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Services.
